For Extra EU Countries, UK, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, other customers, we guarantee fast shipping and customs clearance of goods with DHL EXPRESS service. Shipping prices include shipping and export documents, do not include customs duties and taxes if required.

As sellers we are required to clear the goods for export and the buyer as an importer is responsible for customs clearance and payment of customs duties and taxes if required.
In case of failure to collect the package or refuse of the delivery from the recipient the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Payments, International Shipping and Return Policy
For payments we accept Credit Card, PayPal or International Bank Transfer. we accept also AmazonPay, ApplePay, GooglePay and other.
After payment, I will only need to provide an address and telephone number for the courier; if the country legislation of destination provides for it, you will need to provide me some information for the invoice and international shipping practices, such as identity card number or VAT number, other.
International shipments are posted by GLS Italy, DHL and other
If you purchoise in my shop and ask for shipment out of italian territory, you are an importer and you have to respect regulations of country destination (It depends from country to country).
That means i will help in the shipping and customs clearance practices but your order may be subject to import taxes, custom duty and fees (not included in the cost shipping)
You can track the shipment with the tracking number and when the package will be in the country of destination may be contacted by the local authorities for customs clearance. When additional costs are required by the destination country, these are entirely your responsibility. If you refuse to withdraw the item shipped, i will detain the costs of return shipping of your payment. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, please consult the website of the customs destination country.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery to get whether a full refund or their replacement. Items must be returned in the same delivery conditions (which means new, unworn, complete with box, tags, manuals, receipt). When returning an item it is strongly recommended that a Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.
