for all deliveries in Italy
Shipments are made every working day except Saturday through the best couriers to guarantee you a fast and safe service.

All shipments are traceable online through the tracking number. The item will be sent to you the day after payment, in the days between Monday and Friday, except in special cases. Delivery times guaranteed by the courier are generally 24-48 hours.

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document / accompanying invoice;
That the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes;
Attention: In case of tampering and / or breakages, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by putting the writing "GOODS CONTROL RESERVE FOR (example: OPENING ON THE SIDE, etc. ..)" on the delivery document received by the courier .

Insured shipping is optional, the cost varies according to purchases. In case of theft, loss or damage, reimbursement can be requested only for insured packages.

For shipments abroad, if foreseen, customs fees are charged to the buyer

For Extra EU Countries, UK, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, other customers, we guarantee fast shipping and customs clearance of goods with DHL EXPRESS service. Shipping prices include shipping and export documents, do not include customs duties and taxes if required.

DAP Delivered AT Place
As sellers we are required to clear the goods for export and the buyer as an importer is responsible for customs clearance and payment of customs duties and taxes if required.

In case of failure to collect the package or refuse of the delivery from the recipient the amount will be deducted from the refund.
